11/28/25, Friday, 10:00 AM The Indiana Dunes State Park is the one leading their BLACK FRIDAY OPT OUTSIDE HIKE from the Nature Center,which is about two miles round trip to the Beach House Blowout. It is flat pretty much there and back; however, if you choose to go up to the top of the blowout it is NOT a walk in the woods. I am NOT leading this hike. If I don't have a private hike I would like to join it. THE INDIANA DUNES STATE PARK DOES NOT CHARGE ADMISSION ON 11/28/25 ... it is FREE!

These were marine recruits I had the honor of being with, who were hiking at the Indiana Dunes State Park as a little training before taking off to boot camp in San Diego. After getting on top of the Devil’s Slide, the marine sergeants made them do PUSH UPS and jumping jacks all so that we can have FREEDOM!
